01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pq999 ("pq999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the pq999 website at https://pq999.cc, including all services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and features available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the pq999 platform, you confirm that:

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active pq999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period that your account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pq999 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy without exception.
2. You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in force on pq999 or any affiliated platform.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pq999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

pq999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the restriction or permanent closure of the account.

Registration is limited to one account per individual. Only one pq999 account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction by creating additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

03 Account Management

Once your pq999 account has been successfully registered and verified, you are responsible for all activity conducted through that account. The following rules govern the management and use of your pq999 account:

• Credentials: You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. pq999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials.
• OTP Security: Where pq999 issues a one-time password (OTP) for verification purposes, you must not share this OTP with any third party. pq999 support personnel will never ask you for your OTP, password, or full account PIN.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify pq999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you notice any transactions you did not initiate.
• Account Currency: All pq999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no facility to switch account currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT.
• Account Transfers: pq999 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds held within it to any third party.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pq999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice.

pq999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pq999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your pq999 account:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pq999, though individual payment providers may have their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other Bangladeshi payment options as made available on the platform from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your pq999 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times depend on the payment method selected.
• pq999 does not charge any fees on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. Any fees levied by the payment provider on their end are outside pq999's control.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Only funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• pq999 processes withdrawal requests during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal to mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad is typically completed within 15 minutes during standard hours.
• pq999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the source of funds is unclear.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your pq999 wallet. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity conducted through the pq999 platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all other game formats available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the player after it has been accepted by the system, except in specific circumstances provided for in applicable sport-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be updated from time to time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pq999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.
• For live cricket and sports betting markets, pq999 uses real-time data feeds to determine market outcomes. 07 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion.

08 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pq999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your pq999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification.

Termination by pq999: pq999 may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false registration information or failure to pass identity verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to respond to identity verification requests within the stated timeframe.
• Court order or legal requirement directing pq999 to close the account.

Upon termination for cause, pq999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where investigation determines that funds were generated through breach of these Terms, those funds will be forfeited permanently.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pq999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pq999 will notify registered account holders by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the contact details registered on the account.

Your continued use of the pq999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure.
